As a high school stu­dent, it can be dif­fi­cult to envi­sion what col­lege life is really like.

By build­ing a national net­work where col­lege stu­dents inter­act with high school stu­dents and share infor­ma­tion, Bet­ter­Grads is help­ing high school­ers attain deeper insight on the “Col­lege Expe­ri­ence.” We con­nect high school stu­dents with col­lege stu­dent peer advi­sors to offer an invalu­able gate­way into the col­lege world.

While we are off to a great start, we need con­tri­bu­tions and com­mu­nity sup­port to fur­ther our suc­cess. We want to reach 2000 high school stu­dents in our first year through our Col­lege 101 pre­sen­ta­tions and our inter­ac­tive web­site. We want to empower this gen­er­a­tion of col­lege stu­dent lead­ers to give back to the high schools in their local communities.

We intend to trans­form Col­lege Prep, as we know it. And we need your help.

Indi­vid­u­als: You were a stu­dent (or maybe still are). You are aware of the uncer­tainty that high school stu­dents feel when embark­ing on the col­lege adven­ture. Aren't there things you wish you had been informed of before enter­ing the col­lege world? Per­haps learn­ing some­thing as sim­ple as how to wash your clothes or as crit­i­cal as the fact that you shape your col­lege expe­ri­ence. Well, you can make a dif­fer­ence for those enter­ing col­lege today. Please make a per­sonal dona­tion and become an ambas­sador.

Cor­po­ra­tions: You know the stu­dents and their fam­i­lies within your com­mu­nity. They are your neigh­bors, your friends, and your future co-workers.
